Studio Sessions
A creative conversation to help you find your voice, refine your ideas, and bring your stories to life.
For writers, artists, and storytellers who are searching for clarity, direction, and thoughtful feedback.
Sometimes you just need someone to think alongside you.
Creative work can feel lonely.
You might have:
an idea you can't quite shape yet
a portfolio that doesn't feel cohesive
a story you know matters but don't know how to tell
an artist statement that feels impossible to write
a project you keep returning to but don't know how to move forward
Studio Sessions are one-on-one conversations designed to help you step back, identify what makes your work unique, and develop a clearer path forward.
No rigid formulas or "one-size-fits-all" advice.
We’re having thoughtful conversation centered around your creative goals.
About Your Studio Guide
Salam, I'm Sara.
I’m a Moroccan-American author, illustrator, and storyteller behind Hajeetek Majeetek: My Grandmother’s North African Folktales.
Over the past several years, I’ve built a creative practice around storytelling- from self-publishing a book, developing workshops, creating cultural events, speaking at universities, and building a brand rooted in heritage and imagination.
A big part of my journey has been learning how to take the ideas living in my head and turn them into something tangible.
Now, I want to help other creatives do the same.
What should I bring?
Bring your messy notebook. Bring the manuscript you've been avoiding. Bring the half-finished illustration. Bring the idea you've been carrying around for years but haven't known what to do with.
Or don't bring anything at all. Sometimes the session begins with a single question.
